Professional background

Josée Blaquière is an organizational development consultant and an executive coach with over 30 years of experience in the business community. In the early part of her career she occupied several roles in labour relations and human resource management in the manufacturing sector. Through her many years of experience, Josée has dealt with many different clienteles, from the factory floor and call centres up to the executive level and including engineering, finance, sales, production and customer service. This thorough understanding of organizations enables her to propose relevant, meaningful solutions.

The latest research in positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness greatly influence her interventions. Josée is valued by her clients for her strong ability to instill trust and for her charismatic presence, attentiveness and incisive questions. She excels in making complex concepts and processes understandable and, above all, is skilled at guiding leaders and their teams toward practical, relevant and long-lasting results.
