Faced with an uncertain future and mediocre results in health and safety, the plant needed help to improve its performance while keeping some 300 employees motivated. Among other approaches, Josée helped us through a transformation process focused on health and safety. This led to 250 days without incidents involving loss of time—a record result for the plant, whose average incident rate was 12 per year. Josée’s expertise in guiding our management team, combined with excellent business acumen, makes her an invaluable resource.
